U.S. EXPORT SALES FOR WEEK ENDING 9/8/2022

Cotton:  Net sales of 100,300 RB for 2022/2023 were primarily for Pakistan (77,900 RB, including decreases of 900 RB), Mexico (4,400 RB), Indonesia (4,000 RB, including 300 RB switched from Japan), Guatemala (3,900 RB), and Bangladesh (2,300 RB).  Net sales of 25,500 RB for 2023/2024 were primarily for Pakistan (21,700 RB).  Exports of 141,000 RB were primarily to China (34,100 RB), Vietnam (18,400 RB), Turkey (17,100 RB), Pakistan (15,200 RB), and Bangladesh (14,100 RB).  Net sales of Pima totaling 1,000 RB were primarily for China (700 RB).  Exports of 1,300 RB were primarily to Thailand (600 RB), Turkey (400 RB), and Germany (200 RB).   

Optional Origin Sales: For 2022/2023, the current outstanding balance of 10,300 RB is for Malaysia (9,300 RB) and Pakistan (1,000 RB).

Export for Own Account: For 2022/2023, the current exports for own account outstanding balance of 78,200 RB is for China (41,300 RB), Vietnam (23,900 RB), Turkey (10,600 RB), India (1,500 RB), Pakistan (500 RB), and Indonesia (400 RB).
