Turkey’s Cotton Imports to Climb Next Year, USDA Unit Says

Turkey’s cotton imports will climb to 3.672 million bales in the year starting Aug. 1 from an estimated 3.442 million bales this season, according to unit of the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

The USDA’s Foreign Agricultural Service posted the report today on its website. A bale weighs 480 pounds or 218 kilograms.
