CCFGroup: China cotton imports: Brazilian cotton remains top source in Apr 2026

China cotton imports: imports were 165.3kt in Apr 2026, up 105.6kt from the same period of last year, but down 10.2kt from previous month. In the first four months of 2026, imports totaled 712kt, up 78.9% or 314kt year-on-year, and from Sep 2025 to Apr 2026, imports amounted to 1,192.2kt, up 37.8% or 326.9kt from the same period of 2024/25 season.
