Cotton:  Net Upland sales of 570,200 running bales were up noticeably from the previous week and 81 percent from the prior 4-week average.  Increases were reported for Mexico (180,600 RB), China (100,400 RB, including 500 RB switched from South Korea), Colombia (93,400 RB), Brazil (61,500 RB), Indonesia (28,800 RB, including 200 RB switched from Japan and decreases of 1,400 RB), South Korea (20,400 RB), and Bangladesh (19,800 RB).  Net sales of 256,000 RB for delivery in 2011/12 were mainly for Mexico (134,500 RB), Colombia (80,600 RB), and Thailand (19,800 RB).  Exports for own account were reported for China (21,500 RB) and Turkey (3,400 RB).  Exports of 90,900 RB were down 50 percent from the previous week and 59 percent from the prior 4-week average.  The primary destinations were China (22,200 RB), Mexico (19,500 RB), Vietnam (14,200 RB), and Turkey (5,400 RB).  Net American Pima sales of 18,000 RB were up 19 percent from the previous week and 45 percent from the prior 4-week average.  Increases were primarily for India (8,100 RB), Peru (4,000 RB), Japan (2,900 RB), and China (1,700 RB).  Exports of 1,100 RB were to India (600 RB) and Japan (500 RB).
