Cotton:  Net Upland sales of 118,500 running bales for delivery in 2009/10 were up 2 percent from the previous week, but down 58 percent from the prior 4-week average.  Increases reported for China (44,000 RB, including 500 RB switched from South Korea), Mexico (38,900 RB), Taiwan (10,600 RB), Indonesia (9,000 RB, including 100 RB switched from Japan), and Turkey (8,500 RB), were partially offset by decreases for Bangladesh (4,200 RB), South Korea (1,500 RB), and Peru (1,400 RB).  Net sales of 278,600 RB for delivery in 2010/11 were mainly for China (121,300 RB), Mexico (49,700 RB), Turkey (22,100 RB), and Indonesia (21,900 RB).  Exports of 357,200 RB--a marketing-year high--were up 24 percent from the previous week and 32 percent from the prior 4-week average.  The primary destinations were Turkey (119,600 RB), China (74,800 RB), Mexico (26,700 RB), Bangladesh (25,200 RB), Taiwan (18,200 RB), and Indonesia (17,400 RB).  Net American Pima sales of 300 RB--a marketing-year low--were down 89 percent from the previous week and 79 percent from the prior 4-week average.  The primary destination was for Thailand (200 RB).  Net sales of 4,100 RB for delivery in 2010/11 were for mainly for Egypt (2,600 RB).  Exports of 400 RB--a marketing-year low--were down 88 percent from the previous week and 90 percent from the prior 4-week average.  The destinations were China (200 RB) and Thailand (200 RB).
