Cotton:  Net sales of 65,200 RB for 2017/2018 were reported for Vietnam (14,200 RB, including 800 RB switched from South Korea, 300 RB switched from Japan, and 200 RB switched from Taiwan), South Korea (12,300 RB), Mexico (9,600 RB), Turkey (6,100 RB), Bangladesh (5,700 RB), and the Philippines (4,400 RB).  Reductions were reported for Japan (1,000 RB).  For 2018/2019, net sales of 26,400 RB were reported for Pakistan.  Exports of 108,500 RB were primarily to Mexico (25,900 RB), Vietnam (24,700 RB), China (21,300 RB), India (8,100 RB), and Pakistan (6,200 RB).  Net sales of Pima totaling 3,800 RB for 2017/2018 were reported for Pakistan (1,900 RB), China (900 RB), Turkey (400 RB), and South Korea (300 RB).  Reductions were reported for Mexico (100 RB).  Exports of 3,700 RB were to India (3,000 RB), South Korea (400 RB), Japan (200 RB), and Turkey (100 RB).

Optional Origin Sales:  For 2017/2018, the current optional origin outstanding balance of 7,900 RB is for Indonesia.

Exports for Own Account:  New exports for own account totaling 400 RB were reported for Thailand.  Exports to Vietnam (2,400 RB) and Thailand (400 RB) were applied to new or outstanding sales.  Decreases of 400 RB were reported for Indonesia.  The current outstanding balance of 79,100 RB is for Indonesia (55,000 RB), Taiwan (13,100 RB), India (3,800 RB), Bangladesh (2,800 RB), South Korea (2,100 RB), Vietnam (1,800 RB), and Pakistan (500 RB).
