Cotton:  Net Upland sales of 280,300 running bales for delivery in 2009/10 were up 49 percent from the previous week and 51 percent from the prior 4-week average.  Increases were reported for Turkey (108,900 RB), Taiwan (26,700 RB), Bangladesh (26,600 RB), Mexico (21,100 RB), South Korea (20,600 RB), and China (17,500 RB).  Net sales of 49,100 RB for delivery in 2010/11 were mainly for Indonesia (17,600 RB), South Korea (12,700 RB), Thailand (9,500 RB), and Turkey (8,200 RB).  Exports for own account were reported for China (6,800 RB) and Turkey (4,500 RB).  Exports of 187,100 RB were down 40 percent from the previous week and 37 percent from the prior 4-week average.  The primary destinations were China (54,700 RB), Turkey (20,300 RB), Indonesia (19,400 RB), Mexico (16,700 RB), Vietnam (14,600 RB), and Taiwan (13,900 RB).  Net American Pima sales of 900 RB were up 10 percent from the previous week, but down 89 percent from the prior 4-week average.  Increases were reported for India (300 RB), Indonesia (300 RB), and Japan (300 RB).  There were no sales reported for delivery in 2010/11.  Exports of 10,200 RB were down 36 percent from the previous week and 26 percent from the prior 4-week average.  The primary destinations were Indonesia (2,900 RB), China (2,300 RB), Bangladesh (1,500 RB), and India (1,200 RB).
