Cotton:  Net Upland sales of 242,200 running bales for delivery in 2009/10 were unchanged from the previous week and up 15 percent from the prior 4-week average.  Increases were reported for China (102,600 RB), Turkey (52,800 RB), Vietnam (16,800 RB), Taiwan (13,900 RB), and Bangladesh (11,300 RB).  Net sales of 104,000 RB for delivery in 2010/11 were mainly for Vietnam (37,500 RB), Indonesia (21,500 RB), Peru (11,400 RB), and Mexico (7,600 RB).  Exports for own account were reported for China (1,000 RB).  Exports of 286,100 RB were up 5 percent from the previous week and 11 percent from the prior 4-week average.  The primary destinations were China (85,600 RB), Turkey (71,500 RB), Mexico (29,900 RB), Indonesia (20,200 RB), Thailand (12,600 RB), and South Korea (10,800 RB).  Net American Pima sales of 1,200 RB were down 48 percent from the previous week and 64 percent from the prior 4-week average.  Increases were reported for China (800 RB), Thailand (300 RB), and Japan (100 RB).  Net sales of 6,800 RB for delivery in 2010/11 were mainly for Germany (2,300 RB), Switzerland (1,300 RB), and Indonesia (1,000 RB).  Exports of 3,900 RB--a marketing-year low--were down 22 percent from the previous week and 34 percent from the prior 4-week average.  The primary destinations were Pakistan (1,200 RB), China (900 RB), Japan (700 RB), and India (600 RB).
