Cotton:  Net Upland sales of 116,700 running bales for delivery in 2009/10 were up 39 percent from the previous week, but down 61 percent from the prior 4-week average.  Increases were reported for China (49,600 RB), South Korea (25,800 RB), Vietnam (8,900 RB, including 300 RB switched from Thailand), Indonesia (6,800 RB, including 1,300 RB switched from unknown destinations), and Taiwan (5,100 RB), were partially offset by decreases for El Salvador (800 RB), Japan (800 RB), and Chile (200 RB).  Net sales of 275,100 RB for delivery in 2010/11 were mainly for China (184,800 RB), South Korea (29,100 RB), Indonesia (19,400 RB), and El Salvador (11,600 RB).  Exports of 287,800 RB were down 8 percent from the previous week, but up 2 percent from the prior 4-week average.  The primary destinations were China (85,500 RB), Turkey (74,800 RB), Mexico (21,700 RB), Pakistan (16,200 RB), Indonesia (13,900 RB), and Thailand (13,400 RB).  Net American Pima sales of 2,500 RB were up noticeably from the previous week and from the prior 4-week average.  Increases were primarily for China (2,000 RB), Indonesia (200 RB), and Japan (200 RB).  Net sales of 14,400 RB for delivery in 2010/11 were for mainly for China (9,800 RB), Germany (1,700 RB), Peru (1,300 RB), and Switzerland (900 RB). Exports of 3,400 RB were down 40 percent from the previous week and 19 percent from the prior 4-week average.  The primary destinations were China (1,000 RB), India (900 RB), Thailand (800 RB),and Mexico (300 RB)
