Cotton:  Net Upland sales of 505,100 running bales were down 11 percent from the previous week, but up 46 percent from the prior 4-week average.  Increases were reported for China (187,800 RB, including 500 RB switched from South Korea and decreases of 3,000 RB), Turkey (168,900 RB), Mexico (52,100 RB), Pakistan (34,800 RB), Indonesia (13,300 RB, including 700 RB switched from Japan), and Peru (11,000 RB).  Decreases were reported for Colombia (5,100 RB) and South Korea (200 RB).  Net sales of 53,300 RB for delivery in 2011/12 were mainly for Turkey (46,300 RB).  Decreases were reported for Colombia (25,200 RB).  Exports for own account were reported for Turkey (34,300 RB) and China (1,800 RB).  Exports of 112,900 RB were up 24 percent from the previous week, but down 39 percent from the prior 4-week average.  The primary destinations were Mexico (30,500 RB), China (26,300 RB), Vietnam (13,800 RB), and Turkey (5,600 RB).  Net American Pima sales of 16,300 RB were down 10 percent from the previous week, but up 22 percent from the prior 4-week average.  Increases were primarily for China (5,900 RB), Japan (4,100 RB), India (3,100 RB), and Thailand (1,900 RB).  Net sales of 2,000 RB for delivery in 2011/12 were to Japan.  Exports of 300 RB were to India.
