Cotton:  Net Upland sales of 548,800 running bales were down 1 percent from the previous week and 9 percent from the prior 4-week average.  Increases were reported for China (276,700 RB), Turkey (67,500 RB), Pakistan (44,100 RB, including 42,400 RB switched from China), and Indonesia (32,000 RB, including 100 RB switched from Japan).  Decreases were reported for Colombia (1,300 RB).  Net sales of 13,100 RB for delivery in 2011/12 were for Japan (12,600 RB) and South Korea (500 RB).  Exports for own account were reported for China (6,000 RB).  Exports of 86,600 RB were down 51 percent from the previous week and 36 percent from the prior 4-week average.  The primary destinations were Mexico (24,600 RB), China (18,600 RB), Indonesia (8,000 RB), and Thailand (6,800 RB).  Net American Pima sales of 500 RB resulted as increases for Peru (2,000 RB), India (900 RB), China (500 RB), and unknown destinations (400 RB), were more than offset by decreases for Austria (900 RB), Germany (900 RB), Japan (700 RB), and Italy (500 RB).  Net sales of 10,500 RB for delivery in 2011/12 were mainly for India (8,600 RB) and Japan (1,000 RB).  Exports of 300 RB were to India.
