Cotton:  Net Upland sales of 133,000 running bales for delivery in 2009/10 were up 17 percent from the previous week, but down 63 percent from the prior 4-week average.  Increases were reported for Turkey (57,800 RB, including 500 RB switched from China), China (20,200 RB, including 900 RB switched from Japan), Mexico (19,900 RB), and Thailand (14,200 RB, including 100 RB switched from unknown destinations).  Decreases were for India (1,300 RB).  Net sales of 34,300 RB for delivery in 2010/11 were mainly for Mexico (18,500 RB), South Korea (7,900 RB), and Thailand (6,600 RB).  Exports of 289,400 RB--a marketing-year high--were up 25 percent from the previous week and 38 percent from the prior 4-week average.  The primary destinations were China (116,000 RB), Turkey (46,400 RB), Mexico (33,800 RB), Thailand (13,400 RB), and Taiwan (12,800 RB).  Net American Pima sales of 14,100 RB were up 55 percent from the previous week and 53 percent from the prior 4-week average.  Increases were primarily for India (7,100 RB), China (4,300 RB), and Thailand (1,300 RB).  There were no sales reported for delivery in 2010/11.  Exports of 4,200 RB--a marketing-year low--were down 66 percent from the previous week and 70 percent from the prior 4-week average.  The primary destinations were China (1,300 RB), South Korea (1,100 RB), Pakistan (600 RB), and Germany (400 RB).
